Budapest Neutron Centre hosts NINMACH2017

The 2nd Neutron Imaging and Neutron Methods in Archaeology and Cultural Heritage (NINMACH2017) was held in Budapest, Hungary from 11–13 October 2017. The conference was organised by the Budapest Neutron Centre in cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), in partnership with Elsevier, Mirrotron LTD, Volume Graphics, Brightness, Iperion CH and Hungarian National Museum.

Junior Researchers Prepare for Materials Science of the Future

RACIRI Summer School.
Junior researchers from Sweden, Germany and Russia visited the ESS construction site during the week-long RACIRI Summer School on neutron and X-ray sources. When ESS launches its user program in 2023, many of the students will come back to Lund to perform experiments in materials science, using the novel instrumentation at ESS and the neighboring MAX IV Laboratory.
