MS06: Accomplished ERIC transfer

The ERIC was formally and legally created on the 1st October 2015. All books on the former structure ("AB") have been closed and are currently under audit. The transfer from AB to ERIC has been uploaded to the Participant Portal and all required documentation has been provided to the EC Validation Office. ESS ERIC is currently waiting for approval by the Validation Office, after which the LEAR-status can be updated. Individual actions and timelines related to the operations of the ERIC will be described in D3.1, which is due in February 2016.
