ESFRI launches Roadmap 2016

Amsterdam – On 10 March 2016 the European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures launched the ESFRI 2016 Roadmap, a strategy report on European Research Infrastructures.

The Roadmap consists of 21 ESFRI Projects - including 6 new Projects - and 29 ESFRI Landmarks, pan-European hubs of science and technology which, like ESS, have reached their implementation phase in 2015.

The Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW) hosted the event, which was co-organized by ESFRI, the European Commission and the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science.
