WP2 Field Coordinators meet at the STFC Harwell Campus

On June 2, the BrightnESS WP2 Field Coordinators participated at a meeting hosted by the STFC Rutherford Appleton Laboratory at the Harwell Campus near Oxford, England. The meeting provided the opportunity for each of the Hub Coordinators to present a status of previous and upcoming activities in their projects.

The meeting was the first opportunity for the Field Coordinators to provide a face-to-face update and thoughts on how to move forward strategically as In-Kind Team with their projects up until installation takes place.  

After the meeting, the Hub Leaders expressed how fruitful it is to have this type of meetings that allows direct interface with one another. The Field Coordinators regularly have video conference to provide updates, but the value of a face-to-face meeting is very important.

The WP2 meeting also included a tour of the ISIS facility, which complemented the meeting in a very fruitful way.
