First Meeting of the BrightnESS South-East Hub

The aim of the workshop was to evaluate the status of the IKC of individual Partners, share experience, strengthen collaboration, and maximise the common knowledge of how to best execute IKC activities. The different Work Units presented the results of the first year, and provided detailed status on various aspects involving IKCs, including administrative procedures related to VAT. The workshop provided a platform to share information, lessons learned and experience with documentation repository, implementation and QA&QC Management. The meeting also served as an opportunity to assess and develop a common approach to future activities in the Hub.

The workshop was organised by INFN and Elettra-Sincrotrone within the framework of BrightnESS Work Package 2, Task 3 Development of an IKC “Best Practice” System and Standards.
