First BrightnESS In-Kind Contribution Best-Practice Workshop

The First workshop on "Engineering aspects of large-scale In-Kind projects" will take place in Bilbao on 14-15 November.

Co-organized by BrightnESS, ESS Bilbao and Elettra Sincrotrone (Trieste, Italy), the workshop will be dedicated to the engineering requirements and constraints of in-kind contributions to large-scale research infrastructure projects, such as ESS.

The aim of the event is to share experience and propose improvements to the engineering practices when working on IKC. The two-day event will start with a plenary morning session with speakers from large-scale projects and will be followed by three half-day sessions covering the topics of Standardization, Integration and Project Information Management.
