Work package: Work Package 4: Innovation of Key Neutronic Technologies: Detectors and Moderators

The goal was to have a realistic and cost optimised for the delivery of performant electronics which is essential for ESS instruments to have optimal performance. The activities for achievement of the deliverable took place in June 2016 in a collaboration between ESS and CERN scientists. The result is a top-level plan for the Detailed plan for the  detector system. The report showing diagrammes of the back-end and front-end Readout and the infrastructure are available on request.
