2.3: Deployment of Management Information System

This report concerns Deliverable D2.3 of the BrightnESS project and describes the "Deployment of an In-Kind Data Management Information System". The system consists of a centralised software platform called XRM+, that will provide support to the In-kind Management Coordination Office, ESS partners and management and for the governance of the ESS Project. The software code is strategically important for the management of In-Kind Contributions (IKCs) considering the total number of partners, the variety and complexity of the contributions, the number of partners per technical work-package and their interactions.
