1.1: Agenda and minutes of the General Assembly / Kick-off meeting
The kick-off meeting held on September 25 2015 in Lund, Sweden successfully brought together representatives from all the 18 institutions that form the BrightnESS Consortium. It was an opportunity for all partners to align on the main objectives of the project, to present their prospective contribution to the project and get more information on the project management formalities.
The aim of the meeting was to ensure that everyone has a common understanding of the project and their roles in it. All 18 research and academic institutions were represented at the meeting, which gathered a total of 68 participants. All guests were invited to an informal networking dinner on the evening of September 24.
The schedule continued next day with the kick-off meeting during the first part of the day, and individual work package specific sessions in the afternoon.
