During this session, we will hear from the European Commission, a research infrastructure and a custom broker on the ways to best adhere to the rules and regulations, and how we can find a common solution to simplifying the approach.
What are the different possibilities for temporary customs clearance? What is the validity of each type of temporary customs clearance? Can research infrastructures get an exemption from the ATA-Carnet? What is the process if a temporary shipment stays definitely? Our speakers will address these and many more curious questions.
